Everyday, before I walked out, I will drink a glass of water, and after I've walked out and came home, I will drink another glass of water. My dream soul is to have a cup of tea and I have  8 glasses of chinese tea a day. That keeps me going ! Halleluyah !!!!!!!!! Amen.

P/S : I walked out to the marketplace to help run errands on the shopping list on groceries and food for my mom's kitchen. It keeps me running and keeps the kitchen ALIVE !!!!!!!!
